nTier Software Services was awarded the contract to build a new Arms Control and Asset Tracking System. Their service offering included analysis, software development, data migration, user training, implementation and support. The system is 'live' and we have received good support to date.
nTier Software Services was awarded a service contract by my employer, the Water Research Commission (WRC) to build a Funds Management System (FMS) in 2005, the electronic system used to manage all WRC-funded proposal submissions and projects. The FMS has been in operation for 9 years at the WRC and we have received good support from nTier.
